Firstly make a dough by using wheat flour, bowl sooji, 2 tbsp cooking oil, salt according to taste and mix it well, lastly add warm water in it and make a dough and keep it for ten minutes.

For stuffing, add cooking oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds in it. Then add finely chopped vegetables like onion, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and mashed boiled potatoes.

After mixing them all for 2 minutes add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala in it. Lastly, add some coriander leaves.

Now take the dough and roll a roti and cut it into a square shape. Then add stuffing in it. After that stick, the corners of the square with the help of water and fork make a design on the corners.

Now deep fry it and serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney and enjoy the yummy snacks.
