Take readymade baray, then soaked in warm water for 30 minutes.

Beat yogurt with sugar powder.
Then your soaked baray take out into to the strainer to drain the water. - 3
Put this into a platter, pour thick yogurt on top.

Garnish with chat masala, khatti methi chutney, or with crushed red pepper and coriander leaves as your desire.
