Steps

Take a bowl mix all the ingredients including the merciless the corn flour and the boiled smashed potatoes. Knead it well to make it a dough.

Grease your palm with oil take the dough balls and give the shape of a tikki.

Now take a fry pan drizzle some oil and fry it in a low flame for around 2 minutes until one side of the tikki becomes Brown as shown in the picture

When you tikki is ready serve it hot along with tomato ketchup
