Steps

In a wok or large frying pan cook beef, onions, carrot, celery, and parsnip. Add spices, stir and simmer for 30 mins.

In a steamer pan cook potatoes in water bottom level. Cabbage, broccoli, beans in steamer levels. Until cooked.

Use some of the potato water to make stock in the meat and veg mixture. Use a spoon of cornflour to thicken.

Serve when ready.
