  • 🔸️1 Cup Semolina
  • 🔸️2 Cups Milk
  • 🔸️1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 🔶️SUGAR SYRUP
  • 🔸️1/4 Cup Water
  • 🔸️1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 🔸️1 pinch Orange Food Colour (optional)
  • 🔸️2 Cardamom
  • 🔶️Frying
  • 🔸️Oil to Fry
  • 🔶️Dressing
  • 🔸️As required Almonds
  • 🔸️As required Pistachio

Steps

    🔶️DOUGH PREPARATION... Semolina(Suji) ko 2,3 minutes roast karain... phir is me milk add kar ke achi tirhan mix karain ke lumps khatam ho jayain.. Mixture ko thanda kar is me ghee add krain or hathon se goondh kar soft dough bana lain.. Dough ko 2 parts me convert krain or phir se achi tirhan goondhain...Rolling pin se dough ko roll out krain or cutter se desire shape me cut karain... Phir in inhain High flame pe Brown hone tak fry krain...♦️ (Note.. Low flame pe kerne se toot jayain gi...)

    🔶️Sugar Syrup... Pan me sugar or water dalain or low flame pe achi tirhan mix krain ke sugar melt ho jaye... Phir is me Cardamom or food colour add kar ke pkayain... Sugar syrup ki consistency normal honi chahiye... ♦️(Note...Ziada thick nahi kerna..) Flame off krain or syrup ko thora thanda hone dain...♦️(Note... Ziada thanda nahi kerna..)

    Fried Dough ko Sugar Syrup Me Itna Dip krain ke Dough Syrup Absorb kar le... It's ready ti serve... Plate me Nikalain or Crushed Dry Fruites Dal kar Serve Krain...
