  • Imli alu bukhary ki chatni2tbs
  • Salt as taste
  • Black pepper as taste
  • Chat masala as taste
  • Sabit red Mirchi as taste
  • Dhaniya for garnishing

    Mash and mong ki dal ko bhigo ke rakh dyn night Mein next morning choper Mein add kar ke thick paste bana lyn

    Dal ke paste Mein salt zeera baking soda add kar ke mixture bana lyn and rest dyn

  3. 3

    Aik pan Mein oil garam kar ke sapon sy bhaly fry kar lyn jab fry ho jayn oil sy nikal ke pani Mein dip krain

  4. 4

    Aik bowl Mein dhi m salt and black pepper add kar ke mix krain aik plate Mein bhaly step Mein rakh dyn uper boil chany(optional) add kar ke dhi sy cover kar dyn

  5. 5

    Dhi dalny ke baad imli ki chutney dal dyn then pudiny ki chutney then chat masala then sabit mirch and dhania sy garnish kar lyn yummmy dhi bhaly ready😊😊
