Wedang Ronde
( Ginger tea with glutinous rice balls )
Steps

Boil water, sugar, lemongrass and ginger. On low heat. Lift and set aside

Grind peanuts and sugar until smooth. Set aside

Mix glutinous flour with warm water and knead until glutinous flour can be formed.

Divide the dough into 3 parts, each giving red, yellow and green colorings.

Form the dough into a round and fill with the filling material
- 6
Bring the water to boil. Add the globular glutinous rice dough, then cook until float, remove and drain.

Add glutinous balls into the ginger syrup. Boil over low heat.
- 8
Serve warm in a bowl of sprinkle with toasted peanuts.
