Ingredients

  • 2 cupspuffed rice
  • 2 tbsponions finely chopped
  • 2 tbsptomatoes finely chopped
  • 4-5curry leaves dry roasted
  • 1/2 cupdhaniya imli (coriander tamarind)chutney
  • 3/4 tspchaat masala
  • 1/4 cupthin sev
  • 2 tbsproasted peanuts
  • 6-7papdi
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • pinchSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take one bowl, add onions, tomatoes, salt, curry leaves. mix them.

  2. 2

    Add roasted peanuts, red chilli powder, chaat masala. mix well.

  3. 3

    Add puffed rice, papdi, imli dhaniya chutney,thin sev. mix gently.

  4. 4

    Garnish bhel puri with papdi and sev. serve immediately.
