Ingredients

2 cupspuffed rice
2 tbsponions finely chopped
2 tbsptomatoes finely chopped
4-5curry leaves dry roasted
1/2 cupdhaniya imli (coriander tamarind)chutney
3/4 tspchaat masala
1/4 cupthin sev
2 tbsproasted peanuts
6-7papdi
1/2 tspred chilli powder
pinchSalt

Steps

1

Take one bowl, add onions, tomatoes, salt, curry leaves. mix them.

Add roasted peanuts, red chilli powder, chaat masala. mix well.

Add puffed rice, papdi, imli dhaniya chutney,thin sev. mix gently.

Garnish bhel puri with papdi and sev. serve immediately.
