BREAD ROLLS/ BURGER BUNS

In a bowl, mix all your dry ingredients together

Add margarine to the dry ingredients and mix together to form the sandy texture

Add your warm water or milk to the mixture and knead gently until smooth. Leave to rest for fifteen minutes

Grease your baking pan/tray. Cut your dough into golf ball sizes and arrange them in the greased pan/tray. Cover and let proof for one hour.

Warm your over to 200°C for ten minutes. Uncover your proofed dough and gently brush the top with margarine (can grease top with an egg)

Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C-200°C. Remove from oven and let cool. The top will be slightly hard but it softens as they cool. I wrap mine with cling film to keep them fresh and soft for up to four days with no refrigeration.
