Dolmadakia in the Oven!!!

Steps
- 1
First, blanch the grape leaves for 2-3 minutes in boiling salted water. Then, use a slotted spoon to remove them, drain them, and let them cool on a plate for a bit.
- 2
In a pot, add half of the olive oil and the onions, which have been finely chopped, and sauté until they soften. After a while, add 1 cup of hot water and the rice, mix everything together, and add the remaining ingredients except for the lemon juice and the rest of the oil. Continue stirring for a little longer to combine all the ingredients and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Once the mixture is ready, let it cool for a bit.
- 3
Next, take each grape leaf, place a teaspoon of the filling mixture in the center, and roll it up. Place the dolmadakia in the baking dish in a circular pattern, very close to each other. Pour the lemon juice, 2 cups of water, and the remaining oil over them. Cover the dish with a lid and bake at 400°F (about 200°C) for approximately 1 hour (depending on the oven).
