Ingredients

250 gmbhindi(lady's finger)
to tasteSalt
1 tbspmustard oil
2 tspachari masala powder
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 pinchasafoetida

Steps

Wash and cut the bhindi in quite bigger size.

Take a pan or kadhai heat up and add oil.after heating oil add bhindi.

Cook till it is half done.then add all the spices stir and cover it for 2 min.

Now cook open till bhindi completely done.Serve with chapati.or as side dish.
