Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Sachettomato
  3. Pepper
  4. Onion (sliced)
  5. Seasoning
  6. Thyme
  7. Green pepper
  8. Salt
  9. Veg. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Perboil rice, strain, set aside. In a pot, add in veg. Oil, onion, pepper, thyme & fry. Add the seasoning, & enough water to cook the rice. Allow to boil.

    Add in the rice. Add in green pepper leave for 5mins & bring off the heat.

    Serve with any protein of your choice
