Cut the corn kernels off the cobs as if making esquites. If the corn is mature, even better, as it will make the mixture thicker. Blend the kernels slowly, without adding any liquid, just using the moisture from the corn itself.

Once the corn is blended, add a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, 2 sticks of butter, 1 can of evaporated milk, and 1 package of cream cheese. Mix until you have a smooth batter.

Use the corn husks to hold the batter, just like making regular tamales. Steam the tamales for about 1 hour, then they're ready to serve.
