Bread Vada Recipe - Deep fried dumplings are made from bread slices, yogurt, rice flour and onion. A very delicious snack that goes well with a hot cup of tea or coffee. These are crispy from outside and soft from the inside. I have used brown bread and have trimmed the edges.

  9. 9

In a deep frying pan, heat the oil on medium heat. Line a plate with paper towel. Once the oil is hot, drop the vadas in the hot oil, one vada at a time. Do not touch for a minute otherwise the vadas will break and will absorb too much oil. Fry few vadas at a time.
