Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsdates
  2. 3 cupsmilk
  3. 1 tspcinnamon powder
  4. 25 gmsalmonds

Cooking Instructions

    Separate the seeds from the dates and keep it aside. Next, chop the almonds vertically.

    Then take a grinder and add all the ingredients in it except almonds.

  3. 3

    Then by using a strainer strain the mixture. Then again grind it.

  4. 4

    Garnish the shake with almonds and keep it in the refrigerator for few hours and serve chilled.
