Wash & soak the sabudana overnight.

Put boiled potatoes in a big bowl & mash them.Add all the ingredients.

Take 1 glass of water in a bowl & soak bread pieces in it for a second Squeeze them & add to potato & sogo masala.Mix them.

Give it any shape of ur choice. Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry the kababs.

Serve hot with mint chutney.
