Gather all the ingredients. Soak the chunks in water for 1/2 hours. Then boil them in water for 5 minutes. After that Crush them in small pieces.

Heat oil in kadhai and add cumin seeds and let them crackle.Add green chilli,ginger and onions saute it. Then add peanuts, tomatoe and sprouts, turmeric,salt and saute it nicely.

Now add soya chunks and mix well. Add lemon juice

Garnish it with mint leaves and serve hot.
