Firstly, in a large bowl take milk to that add 1 tsp of sugar.now add 2 cups of maida, 1 tsp baking powder,combine and crumble well.add half cup warm water or as required and knead 5 minutes.

Knead till the dough is soft, smooth and elastic. and also bounces back when pressed.cover the bowl tightly with cling wrap or plastic wrap and allow to rest and rise in a warm place for about 1hr.after that deep fry in medium hot oil until it turns brown colour and our dhonuts are redy.

Now take dark chocolate compound and white chocolate compond melt both in different bowl stem chocolate compound changes into melted chocolate compound after chocolate is melted take 1 dhonut piece pour into dark chocolate then garnish with white chocolate and roasted almond or any dryfruits and your taste chocolate hazelnut dhonuts are ready to serve.
