Add warm water and work dough until combined and no flour is left in the bowl.

Knead dough on work surface for about a minute until smooth.

Cover or set in air tight ziploc and let set for at least 10 mins.

Divide dough into 8 pieces and roll them into tortillas.

Cook in a medium-high heat nonstick pan.
