In a bowl take a Lukewarm water.add sugar and mix it.now add yeast and mix it well and leave it for 10 mnt.after ten mnt it is frothy.

In a big mixing bowl take maida, wheat flour, garlic powder, chilli flakes, oragano,oil,nsalt.mix it.add this yeast water in a bowl and Knead the soft and sticky dough.give it a good Knead in a clean surface and good mix until we get a very smooth dough.Knead for about 10-12 mnt with adding butter.

Cover the dough and let it rest 2 hours in warm place.after two hours dough is proving and double in size.

Now make harrisa deep.in a bowl take mayonnaise and harrisa paste and mix it well.our deep is ready.cut the paneer in a small cubes.

In a pan add 3 tsp butter.add chopped garlic and all dry spices and mix well.saute for 1 mnt.now add 2tsp harrisa deep and mix it.add paneer and mix it.

Our paneer stuffing is ready.

After two hours our dough is prove and double in size.it is airy and gussy.keep it a good punch and air is get out.take chakla and sprinkle some maize flour and Knead 2-3 mnt.now cut the dough and make four ball.take a one ball make roti about 6-7 inch diameter.

Shape it in a triangle.in a centre we put harrisa deep and paneer stuffing.apply water in corner area.

Put some grated cheese on top of the paneer.brings the corner to gather and seal properly.take a baking tray.put parcel in the tray.sprinkle some chilli flakes and oragano.now apply melted butter on it.

Now preheat an oven.now bake it on 190 degree for15-20 mnts.when it baked take out from the oven and apply butter on the zingy parcel and cover with muslin cloth for 2-3 mnts.
