Chicken biryani

First, soak rice in water for 2 hours.

Now, add curd and salt to the chicken and marinate it for 1 hour.

Now heat ghee in a vessel, add cinnamon, small cardamom, big cardamom, bay leaf. Then, add onion and fry it till it is golden brown.

Now, add chicken to the onion and fry it. When chicken is fried for sometime, then add garlic ginger paste to it and then fry. Now add dry spices and fry again.

Now add tomato and put some water and cover the lid.

Now put water in a thick bottom pot. Then add cinnamon, shahjeera, salt, kabab chini, bay leaf and then boil them. Also put the saffron leaf in milk and leave it for some time.

Now add rice and lemon juice in the water. When rice is half fried, drain the water.

Put the rice in the already prepared chicken. Now, put chopped mint, saffron milk and fried onion. Now cover the lid and let it be cooked on low flame for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, our tasty chicken biryani is ready. ।
