Ingredients

  1. Irish potatoe
  2. 4large eggs
  3. mayonnaise
  4. Ketchup
  5. Spring onions
  6. Bell peppers
  7. Lemon(juice and zest)
  8. Salt
  9. Sugar
  10. Pepper
  11. Turmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice the potatoes And boil with salt

  2. 2

    Mash the eggs in a bowl

  3. 3

    Add chopped spring onions and bell peppers

  4. 4

    Add sugar,salt,pepper lemon zest and mix

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice,mayonnaise and ketchup

  6. 6

    Add turmeric and mix well

  7. 7

    Pour in the boiled potatoes while still hot(to absorb the flavours)

  8. 8

    Give it a goodix and serve
