Cream together the butter and sugar until it is smooth, then add the flour bit by bit, mixing thoroughly

Bring together into a ball with your hands, divide into about 15 small balls and spread out over a tray

Then with a fork press down so you can see the fork shape, then bake for 15-20 minutes

Then leave for 15- 20 minutes to cool
