  • Kayan ciki
  • Ginger, cloves,garlic,thyme
  • Seasoning
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Enough onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash ur kayan ciki well

  2. 2

    In a pot put your kayan ciki, add maggi cube, powdered garlic, cloves,and ginger, thyme, curry powder

  3. 3

    Slice onions on top and add blended scotch bonnet. Allow to cook for almost 2-3 hours.....done
