First, soak chia seeds in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes.

Take a pot, add milk, cardamom and sugar.
Boil for 5 minutes. - 3
After 5 minutes, turn off the heat.

Let it cool completely.

Now add jam-e-shirin, crushed ice and chia seeds and mix well.

Chia refreshing drink is ready to serve.
