Take small cloth fold masala. Take fry pan and put 1 cube unsalted butter fry the cloth, Onion till transparent and then add tomato.

Cover and cook till tomato become soft. Cool it grind Onion and tomato alone take out the cloth.Filter the paste.

Add 3 cubes of butter and add the paste and gingergarlic paste.fry it add paneer and salt and sugar.

Finally add garam masala and kasurimethi leaf after crushing in hands.after that serve hot.
