Ingredients

Boiled Irish potatoes
Scotch bonnet (grinded)
Seasonings
Spices
Curry
Whisked eggs (spiced)
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Steps

Mash well the potatoes. Add scotch bonnet, seasonings, spices and curry. Mix together.

Scoop and roll using your hand to make a perfect ball size. Arrange in a clean tray.

Dip the balls in the whisked eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.

Fry in a hot oil. Bon appétit! 😘
