Firstly, boil the potato dont cook them completely. Cook them 70%. Remove the skin and cut them into 4parts each.

In a bowl add all the above ingredients curd, besan and spices then add potato into it mix gently don't mash the potato and refrigerate it for atleast 45-60min.

After 60min heat oil in a pan add the potato and roast them all both sides till it turns golden in colour. Serve hot with onion & lemon slice and ketchup.
