In a pot, add oil and okra.Fry for 4-5minutes and set aside.

In the same pot, add oil and onion,fry until translucent.

Add gralic,green chilli pasteand mix well.

Add tomatoes and all the spices and mix well until tomatoes are soft.

Add stir fried okra (bhindi) and mix well.

Add lemon juice,dried fenugreek leaves.

Sprinkle green coriander and serve with chapati.
