Steps

In a small bowl mix lemon, olive oil and honey. Keep aside.

Chop lettuce, red bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot. Add these to a large mixing bowl

Half mash/smash avocado and add to the chopped salad.

Add olives to the salad.
- 5
Stir in the dressing along with salt and pepper.
- 6
Transfer to a salad bowl for serving. Enjoy it with any meat, eggs or on it's own.
