The famous Hyderabadi super soft biscuits are no longer a difficult thing to make. These can be very well made in the comfort of your homes even if you are far away from your actual home and thus satisfy our cravings for these. Karachi Bakery which is well known for making these delicious goodies located in the City, can now actually be made at home by us, if not exactly and fully similar but yes, 90 to 95% closer to them. These little beauties are a must try ones. And believe me, these will never let you down.

Steps
- 1
Mix all the ingredients except the last one and make a soft dough. The dough should be soft and it should break very easily. The texture should be like this. Keep this refrigerated for about 10 minutes until you preheat the oven on 180°.
- 2
After 10 minutes, roll this and actually it does not roll easily. What you have to do is that, shape and press with your hands to bring it together around 1" thickness and cut into round shapes. Do it into a circle or a rectangle like this and cut into round shapes.
- 3
Arrange them all on a baking dish. Soak Saffron strands in Milk for some time. Now as the final step, sprinkle this Saffron Milk on them and see to it that all the biscuits are drenched in it properly. Bake these for 15 to 18 minutes on the middle rack fan assisted oven.
- 4
Serve these famous Hyderabadi melt in mouth super soft biscuits with the equally famous Irani Chai of Hyderabadi Irani Cafes. Enjoy!
