Steps

Add little sugar to the yeast and dissolve in small quantity of water, this can also help to taste weither the yeast is active or not

Masha Allah my yeast was active as you can see it risen

Seive All purpose flour and add little salt to make it taste

Add veg oil and mix very well

Add eggs and mix, then some amount of water bit by bit till you’re make a smoth dough

Cover with leather or clean cloth and allow it to rise in a warm place

Now my dough has risen,

Divide the dough into relatively equal sized balls and allow to rise again for like 10 mins

I used a flat cover and my hands to shape it

Then fry in a hot oil and serve with veg sauce, fish sauce, potato sauce, pepper soups, tea etc
