These make a great Friday night sharing snack or to top a a curry to add some crunch. A great vegan alternative to nachos - they are seriously tasty! Serve with coconut mint and coriander chutney, tamarind sauce and mango chutney 😋

Heat oil and drop in your poppadom. Hold with a fish slice until it crisps. This only takes a few seconds! Place on kitchen paper to remove as much oil as possible.

Finely chop your veg and herbs and sprinkle on top. Swerve with dips and lemon to the side or drizzled on top. They will make the poppadoms go soft very quickly so add these at the very last minute. These are so tasty and make a good snack or you can use to top a curry for extra taste and crunch 😋
