Ingredients

  • Cabbage - 1 lg head
  • Bacon strips raw
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Onion - medium

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut strips of bacon into small pieces. I use 3-4, but you can adjust to taste. Render the fat completely in large skillet.

  2. 2

    Chop whole onion and add to rendered bacon

  3. 3

    Chop cabbage and add to skillet.

  4. 4

    Salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Cook until cabbage is tender.

  6. 6

    Enjoy
