Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2Cabbage
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tablespoonsCorn flour
  • 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonBlackpepper
  • 2big size onion
  • 3 tablespoonssoya sauce
  • 3 tablespoonstomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoonschilli sauce
  • As required Coriander to Garnish
  • 3chillies
  • 1 teaspoonchilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the cabbage, onion, chillies, ginger garlic paste.

    Mix corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, black pepper and the veggies together.

  3. 3

    Then make small balls of it.

  4. 4

    Deep fry the balls and keep it aside.

    Now to make the gravy, mix the tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce in a bowl and keep it aside.

  6. 6

    Fry the onion and chillies and put Kashmiri chilli powder, garlic (thinly chopped) and cook it.

  7. 7

    Now add the mixture of sauce on it and stir it and put salt in it. Cook for a while. Then put a mixture of water and cornflour in it to make it gravy and cook for few mins. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
