Steps

First, wash the lemons and dry it and cut into pieces and add salt in it and mix well. Now keep these lemons into the glass jar with lid for 15 days until it's skin gets soft. Stir after 3 days with the help spoon.

After 15 days, now we will make jaggery syrup. Take one pan add jaggery and half cup water and cook it for 5 minutes and then strain the syrup and again cook it in the pan.

Now add our lemon pickle pieces and spices too and mix well and cook it till syrup get thick and switch off the flame and allow it to cool.after cooling keep this pickle in a dry, clean glass jar and our sour and sweet lemon pickle is ready to serve.
