Sift flour with yeast, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the centre and crack 1 egg in it.

Whisk egg gently and fold into flour mixture. Slowly add lukewarm milk. Knead to form smooth dough.

When dough is kneaded without air bubbles, lather with 1 tbsp oil. Cover and leave to rise for 1-2 hrs in an airtight box.

After the dough has risen, punch it to remove air, again knead gently. Spread some flour onto a smooth surface.

Take dough out of the box, spread onto smooth surface. Knead it. Cut into equal parts.

Make medium sized balls of the dough, place in greased baking tray. Cover tray with samp cloth and leave for 30 minutes or 1 hour.

Remove cloth, baste buns with egg wash. Sprinkle sesame seeds and put tray in preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Check the buns by inserting toothpick. Give top grill heat to bring out colour for 2 minutes.

Remove tray with caution. Brush buns with melted butter. Cool down completely and serve.
