Peel, cut offers and boil yam

Slice it into ur desired thickness

Cut onions, green and red pepper into small fragments

Break eggs and add seasoning, curry and the above ingredients

Mix well and put the sliced yam one after the other, make sure the ingredients sticks with it

Set veg oil on fire, when hot, take the sticked veg yam carefully and fry

Make sure the oil is in equal level with the sliced yam, meaning it must not be above or bellow the yam surface, this will allow the top to fry

The secret of the veggies being sticked is that the yam must not turn back
