Ingredients

1 hour
6 servings
  • 3 cupall purpose flour
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • As required water
  • For stuffing
  • 1 cupgram daal
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • Salt as/ taste
  • 1/2 kgoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil and salt in flour and make soft dough with the help of water

  2. 2

    Rest the dough for about 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Make even size balls of dough and rest them for about 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Add salt chilli and cumin in chana daal add water and boil until very soft

  5. 5

    Now mash it and set a side

  6. 6

    Take dough balls and just flat it and fill with stuffing and make balls again when all done set aside

  7. 7

    Now heat the oil in a wok and just flat the ball with the help of your palm and drop it into hot oil

  8. 8

    Fry them until crispy)
