Spring roll wraps (homemade)
Filling
Cabbage, carrot, green pepper,
Shredded chicken (leftover)
Curry & thyme
cubesSeasoning
Onion, garlic, scotch bonnet
Veg. Oil

In a pot, add little oil, onion, Scotch bonnet, garlic, chicken shreds, curry & thyme. Fry while stirring. Add in the vegetables & stir

Season to your taste & set aside to cool. Fill in the spring roll wrappers, glue edges with flour & water mixture. Fry in hot oil
