Make sure your blender or spice grinder is completely dry, then add the Kabsa spices.

Add the spices in small batches so you don't overload the blender. Grind until you reach the desired consistency, then store the ground spices in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. This keeps the spices fresh and flavorful for your cooking.

I had a large amount of spices, so I didn't photograph all of it before grinding.
