1 kgprawns head and shells
3garlic
Dried prawns
sugar
salt
corn flour

Steps

1

Remove shells and head from prawn

Marinate prawn in sugar, salt and corn flour. Put corn flour in the middle of prawn after de-veining
3

Stir fry garlic, dried prawns first then prawn heads and shells
4

Add into pot of water and boil for 2 hours
