Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a large bowl, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk to combine. - 2
After that add cold butter into the flour mixture. Mix properly with your hand or can also use a grater to grate the butter, then mix it together with a fork.

Now add cream, syrup, and vanilla with the flour and use a fork to combine. It should dry dough. If the dough is not coming together need to add more cream only 1 tsp or as required.

Line a baking sheet on baking tray.
I made 12 big cookies but if you want you can make size according to your choice. - 5
Keep 2 inch distance between cookie. Sprinkle some chopped pecan the top of each cookie with a little more raw sugar.

Bake at 180 degree for about 20 to 25 minutes. They are done when looks lightly browned.
When it’s cool then you can eat.
