In a bowl add potatoes and cornflour. Then add all spices and mix them well.

Now make a round shape from the potato mixture. Deep fry all tikki into the hot oil till golden brown and crispy. Now take out the tikki.

Add curd and tamarind chutney over the tikki add onion and tomato. Tikki is ready to serve.
