Mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast

Mix the margarne with the warm water. have your milk ready warm too.

Create a well in the flour mixture and pour in the water and the milk, mixing using a spatula.

As soon as the dough comes together, transfer it to a dusted surface and work on it for 10 minutes. mold it tightly to a ball shape.

Place in a dusted container and allow to proof for at least 40 minutes while covered in a warm place.

Punch it down and mold to desired shape and transfer it to your greased tin. let proof for another 20 minutes, before baking in a 170 preheated oven for 25 = 30 minutes

Remove from oven and brush some margarine on top immediately.

Allow to cool before serving.
