Steps

Put coconut oil, fennel seeds, curry leaves and onions into an open pressure cooker and sautee until onions turn brown.

Add the ginger garlic paste

Mix all the powders into a bowl and pour into the pressure cooker

Add the beef and tomatoes and mix all thoroughly, until the meat begins to brown

Submerge the contents of the pressure cooker with water, close the lid and await 12-15 whistles

Remove the lid and continue to let it cook until you get the desired consistency

Put into a bowl for serving and drizzle a little coconut oil on top and serve
