Steps

Peel the yam, wash & add water with 1/2tspn of salt & boil for 10mins. Cut it into cubes. Add grated 4 scotch bonnet & 1 medium sized onion in a pan add 1tbspn of oil & heat while stirring, add the yam & mix, add the whole mixture in a mortar & grind.

Wash your hand & mould the grinded yam into a circular shape. In a separate bowl, crack the eggs, add 2 seasoning cubes, spices & chopped onions, deep the yam balls in it.

Then deep in the golden morn & fry in oil.
