Heat clarified butter in a pan and add semolina,stir it on medium flame until it turns golden.

Then add milk,fresh cream and sugar and mix it well.

Now add crushed cardamom and dryfruits,mix it well and switch off the flame.

Garnish with grrated coconut and raisins and Halwa is ready to serve.
