Soak chana dal and moong dal for 1 hour

After 1 hour, pressure cook both dals together by adding 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, water upto 1 whistle and then at simmer for 3-4 minutes and let it cool down after cooking and check

Now lets make tadka take a wok, add oil into it and chopped onion into it

Now take tomatoes and chop it and blend it in grinder

Cook onion till little golden amd add tomato puree

Now cook it and spices into it and ginger garlic paste after cooking it for two minutes add spinach into it

Mix it well and cook it for few minutes and then add water into it and let it boil and then add boiled dal into it and then add coriander leaves in it

For tempering, take a pan, add ghee and spices into it put it over dal and serve it
