Ingredients

  • 1egg yolk
  • 5 gmelted coconut oil
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar (or substitute)
  • 1 tbspwhite sugar (or substitute)
  • 1 dashsalt
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 scoopvanilla protein powder (or 1/2 scoop + <1/4 cup whole wheat flour)
  • 1 dashbaking powder (skip if you add flour)
  • 1 tbspwater
  • 1 tbspchocolate chips

    Combine egg yolk, coconut oil, brown sugar, sugar, salt, and vanilla and mix

    Mix in vanilla protein powder and baking powder

  3. 3

    Add milk until it is the consistency of cookie dough

    Add chocolate chips

  5. 5

    Microwave for 30 seconds
